Our design team is responsible for creating and developing new clothing designs and collections that meet the needs of our clients. Their job includes researching and analyzing fashion trends, creating sketches and designs, selecting fabrics and trims, creating tech packs and other design specifications, and communicating with the factory to ensure that the final product meets the client’s expectations
Product development team is responsible for managing the entire product development process, from ideation to production. Their job includes creating and implementing product development strategies, managing timelines and budgets, sourcing raw materials and trims, developing and testing prototypes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The team works closely with the design team, factories, and suppliers to ensure that products are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and meet the client’s expectations.
Customer selects a style based on factors such as price, quality & production capacity of Second Basic Needs. Customer sends a request for quote (RFQ) to the Second Basic Needs, which includes details such as the garment type, quantity, specifications, and delivery date. Second Basic Needs reviews the RFQ and provides a quote, which includes the cost per unit, lead time, and any other relevant details.
Customer reviews the quote and approves the order. Second Basic Needs confirms the order and provides a purchase order (PO) to the factory
Second Basic Needs creates a production plan and shares it with the factory. The factory starts sourcing raw materials and starts production. Second Basic Needs monitors the production process and ensures quality control.
Second Basic Needs arranges for the shipment of the finished garments from the factory to the customer. Customer receives the garments and inspects them for quality and compliance. Second Basic Needs coordinates with the brand for feedback and addresses any issues or concerns. The customer pays for the goods and Second Basic Needs pays the factory.
